We also wanted to create a viable option to all the other retail models … an option that allows you to remain an independent and prosperous specialty bicycle retailer. You will meet with Jay Townley and his network of associates in monthly interactive Master Mind tele-seminars presenting a curriculum of information and education programs that will build your knowledge-based, consumer-centric business plan. You will receive topic specific worksheets, workbooks, and unlimited access through the member’s area on the bikeprofits.com web site to audio files and pod casts of each monthly Master Mind tele-seminar and downloadable PDF files of the transcripts from each seminar. Members will receive a Bike Profits Alert message or a regular E-mail before each scheduled Master Mind tele-seminar confirming the topic or topics and asking for questions that Members would like addressed during the seminar. Worksheets and Workbooks will also be sent in advance. 10 to 15 minutes of each seminar will be set aside for additional questions and discussion of the topic and current industry events. The educational objectives are (1) for each Member to have completed all the basic planning required to finish and take action to implement a knowledge-based, consumer-centric retail business plan, and (2) for each member to be able to educate key staff to deliver an extraordinary retail shopping experience.
